I started PhotoSync companion but I cannot find it? Where is it?

PhotoSync Companion is only visible in the Windows taskbar at the bottom right of the window. The taskbar contains miniaturized icons of apps that can be used to directly access these apps. You should find the PhotoSync icon in the taskbar after starting the app:

By default, some of the icons in the taskbar are grouped and hidden, so it may happen that the PhotoSync Companion icon is not directly visible in the taskbar. The hidden icons are behind an icon that looks like a small caret:

Click on the icon to show the hidden icons to display them:

If PhotoSync is only visible in the collection of hidden icons, you can remove it from that collection to make it permanently visible in the taskbar. Simply click Customize in the collection to go to the System Preferences for the notification area icons. Locate PhotoSync in the list of icons and select Show icon and notifications to permanently display the PhotoSync icon in the taskbar:
