How to upload photos to your iOS device using a web browser?
Start PhotoSync on your iOS device and tap the red transfer button. In the Receive tab tap on Computer.

Now tap on the Computer button and follow the instructions on the screen.

To send (upload) photos to your iOS device from a web browser on your computer, start a web browser on your computer and enter the PhotoSync internet address that is shown to you into the instructions in PhotoSync. Attention: Make sure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

As soon as your webbrowser connects to your iOS device, the screen on the iOS device changes and shows that a web browser is connected accessing the device.

Start an upload by clicking on Upload in the upper right corner of the screen.

Select a target album from the dropdown field and click on Select or enter a name for a new album and click on Create to tell PhotoSync where your photos should be uploaded to your iOS device.

Now drag the photos and videos that you want to upload into the selected album with your mouse and drop them into the drag & drop area shown in the webbrowser or click into the drag & drop area in the webbrowser to open a file selection dialog to select the photos and videos for upload with a file browser.

You'll get a progress for each file that uploads to your iOS device. When the upload of a file has been completed, the webbrowser shows a Done label next to each uploaded file.
