How to transfer from my Windows computer to my phone/tablet using drag & drop?

Ensure PhotoSync Companion is installed on both your source device and target device (Windows PC). The PhotoSync Companion application software for your PC is available at Downloads.

To send one or more photos/videos from your PC to your phone/tablet right click on the PhotoSync Companion icon in the system tray to open the application menu and choose Show Drag & Drop Area if the Drag & Drop Area isn't visible:

Select one or more photos/videos in Windows Explorer, or select one or more folders and drag and drop the selected objects into the Drag & Drop Area. You can also drag pictures from websites out of your web browser into the Drag & Drop Area:

You may want to make sure that you are using the correct sort order for your transfer. Open the PhotoSync Companion settings by choosing Settings... from the application menu or just double click the small white PhotoSync Companion icon in your system task bar. In the settings go to the Send tab and check if Sort uploads by is set to the order you want to use.

Now you will see the Select Device window that scans for available PhotoSync devices. Make sure that PhotoSync is running and active on your phone/tablet and both devices are connected to the same WiFi network. Your phone/tablet should show up in the list. Select your device and press Send to start the transfer into the selected album on the device:
