This has something to do with Facebook's last update of the privacy settings. There is a new privacy setting for Facebook Apps. Open a web browser and go to your Facebook page. Log in and then click the little white triangle in the top right corner to open a menu that contains the Account and Privacy settings.

Choose 'Account Settings', then click on 'Apps' in the list on the left side.

In the list of App settings then find PhotoSync and click 'Edit' next to the PhotoSync icon.

In the PhotoSync app settings you should change the setting in the 'Posts on your behalf' section to Public (the default is Friends). If the posts on your behalf have less rights than your photo albums you're posting into, then you'll get a transfer error.
